Balcony Gardens was established by Tim Barnes in 2000 after he stopped at traffic lights on New South Head Road, Rushcutters Bay, Sydney and looked up to see bare balconies on a large apartment building. Tim immediatley saw the need for a balcony garden design company.
The company is now regarded as the authority on balcony garden design. Tim is often called on for comments by the media (newspapers, magazines and radio). See some articles in Media.
